About the Myrup Fly-In Estate

The Myrup Fly in Estate is a unique Airpark development situated approximately 10km east of major super town, Esperance. Myrup is Western Australia's first residential airpark. The Myrup Fly-In Estate is different to most in the way it is remote from busy traffic yet close to local shops/businesses and schools with just a short distance to local beaches, landmarks and natural scenery. Imagine your dream home along with your plane and hangar nestled into a manageable but large block among the Munjii trees.

Large blocks of land ready to develop into your piece of paradise

This block size allows you to pursue your hobbies, from a simple veggie patch or like Chris with his Art studio. Awaken in the mornings to only the sound of a variety of birdlife living in the paperbarks and other sand plain bush species. Walk trails are plentiful on this 117 hectare tranquil estate where you will see the occasional kangaroo feeding early in the morning or late in the evening.

This really is a very special place for you to call home.

Close to some of the best beaches in the world

Two kms to the South lay the white sand beaches and crystal clear water for which Esperance is renowned. These beaches are accessible by vehicles and are ideal for swimming and fishing all year round. The whales that frequent the coast in the winter months are a wonderful sight spotted from your plane. Not far off the coast is the Recherche Archipelago of one hundred and seven islands. Great for the diving, boating and fishing enthusiasts and also interesting viewed from the air.

World heritage listed wetlands

The World Heritage listed Wetlands are adjacent to the Myrup Fly in Estate. This 2000 hectare RAMSAR site is one of the most important in WA providing habitat and refuge for threatened species such as Hooded Plovers and Chestnut Teals. A twitchers paradise!

Enjoy the freedom of flying

Enjoy the freedom of flying without the hassle of CAS, over gentle undulating terrain.

Only 2-3 hours flight (depending on type of aircraft) to our Capital city, Perth.

Similarly on the ground, Esperance town is easy to drive around and parking is free.

Esperance AeroClub

These include skilled operations from within the circuit area, e.g. flour bombings, spot landings, streamer cutting, short field landings etc. or may be short excursions to some point of interest in the country side or a fly around the farms dropping in designated strips for morning tea and lunch.
